Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Samson RB-233

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • All season performance
  • Enhanced controllability
  • Improved load durability
  • Longer-lasting tread life

OVERVIEW

The Samson RB-233 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailer vehicles. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

Excellent all season performance is provided with this tread design and the all season compound. The ideal tread pattern follows the road surface in all conditions, while the compound maintains flexibility in changing temperatures. At the same time, wide grooves help the tire prevent hydroplaning. These grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, protecting the tire against slipping in wet situations. As a result, this model boosts its performance in dry, wet, and winter conditions.

The optimal tread pattern and the strong rubber compound keep close road contact at all times. This increases overall controllability and maneuvering during the performance. In other words, this also enhances steering responsiveness and towing stability. The steering response time is faster and more accurate to the towing vehicle's commands, while the structure is stabilized against driving pressure. Cornering and braking abilities are also upgraded, which enables a safe driving experience.

The reinforced internal structure and the durable rubber compound keep the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. They do not allow the tire to deform under pressure, which enables it to carry and withstand heavy loads. This significantly upgrades load-carrying capacity and handling power, making this model perfect for trailer applications.

The Samson RB-233 extends its service life. The ideal tread pattern evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread area, while the special rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down. This reduced and even wear actively prevents irregular and premature wear formations on the tread area. This leads to a longer-lasting tread life.

This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller diagonal tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

The photo is a representation of the tire's possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note this is Original Equipment (O.E.) tire size only. The O.E. size is determined by the year, make, model and options of the vehicle. Original Equipment size data is the best information we currently have available to us. TireMart.com is not responsible for fitment errors. The most important aspect of purchasing a tire is its size, which cannot vary. It is buyer's responsibility to verify the tire size information. It is buyer's responsibility to verify whether a specific tire is suitable for a specific vehicle. However, this tire size may be fitted on other vehicles as well. To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index. If you have any questions regarding your tire size , speed rating and load index please contact us prior to purchasing and confirm with certified auto technician of any variance in speed and load index and sizes.
