Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
IMPORTANT: This item is oversized. MUST be shipped with LTL-Freight Service.
Features and Benefits:
The Vitour VD98 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.
The controllability is enhanced by the tread design's constant road contact. The tire's consistent surface contact is ensured by the continuous solid shoulder rib pattern and the center tread area's block placement. These design elements increase the tire's handling and maneuvering. The constant road contact increases the speed and accuracy of the steering response to the driver's commands while maintaining the tire's structural stability during the performance. The tire's strong performance is further improved, as the shoulder rib pattern provides additional biting edges, which ensure a strong grip on the road surface during cornering and maneuvering.
The model's reinforced construction ensures added durability. The optimal tire shape remains maintained under driving and load pressure, which boosts the tire's load-carrying capacity significantly. This strong structure also ensures damage resistance, as it prevents punctures and cuts from harming the casing and shortening the tire's usability. The tread's stone ejecting knobs on the bottom of the grooves prevent stone retention. These knobs eject rocks stuck between the tread so they do not drill into the tread area and cause damage to the tire. This combination enables the tire to handle heavier loads.
The VD98 guarantees excellent all weather traction. The dry, wet, and winter weather road grip is reinforced by the tread design and the durable all season compound. The compound keeps its rubber flexibility in various temperatures, while the siping detail of the tread elements increases the number of biting edges for a better grip all year round. The tire's ideal surface contact is maintained, as the wide groove pattern actively prevents hydroplaning by channeling water and slush away from the footprint.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index.
