Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
OVERVIEW
The Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country is a highway, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Uniroyal offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tread pattern and the tire compound work together to ensure excellent all weather traction. The tread design's open tread grooves and full depth sipes increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The open tread grooves also boost the hydroplaning resistance as they actively disperse water and slush from below the tire footprint. The better hydroplaning resistance and superb traction guarantee a safer year round driving experience.
The tire's tread life and usability are extended with the combination of the tread design and the model's construction. The full depth siping detail maintains the tire's traction for a longer time, as the sipes do not disappear with the tread wear. The tread design's equal stress distribution prevents irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread area. The internal structure has the Dura Shield construction that stabilizes the tire against the driving pressure and ensures even wear across the tire surface. The result is an even tread life and longer tire usability.
The model is capable of performing on slight off-road terrains with ease. The full depth siping detail firmly grips the road surface and allows the driver to maneuver the tire confidently. The internal structure features reinforced twin steel belts that maintain the tire's optimal shape with the Dura Shield construction. As the tire does not deform under the driving pressure, it is able to conquer such conditions effortlessly.
The Laredo Cross Country utilizes the TrU-Form technology that increases the equal stress distribution across the tire's footprint. This stabilizes the tire during the drive by preventing the driving pressure from concentrating on one area of the tread. The better stability allows the drive to confidently control the vehicle in all weather conditions.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
