The Titan Tru-Trac Front is an all season tire manufactured for agricultural tractors.
This model comes with a symmetric tread design that is optimized with soft off-road traction in mind. It utilizes a three-rib pattern that provides consistent traction on soft and loose terrains. The tire maintains its forward motion even on some of the more challenging off-road terrains. The grooves are positioned to prevent mud from accumulating in-between the ribs. The lack of detail on the tread ensures field-friendly traction, preventing the soil from being damaged throughout the drive. By not loosening up the soil, it can keep its healthy crop-growing ability.
The ribbed tread equally distributes the load and driving pressure. The tire also promotes a premium rubber blend that resists tread wear. These features combined slow down the tire's tread wear rate to a significant degree. Its self-cleaning capability also ensures that stones won't get stuck in the grooves. This way, the tire prevents stone retention, which would otherwise cause the rocks to drill into the casing. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
