The Synergy DP209 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The tire was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.
The tire offers great all weather traction. The symmetric tread pattern and all season tire compound enhance the model's dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The symmetric tread compound with the solid shoulder ribs and optimal center tread block placement improves the tire's grip on the road surface throughout the year. On the other hand, the all season compound keeps the rubber flexibility and prevents weather damage all year round, including in colder temperatures. The tread's circumferential and lateral grooves avoid hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire ensures a secure all weather performance.
The tire's maintained road contact and improved traction upgrade its performing capability. They ease the driving and load pressure off its surface area, which significantly lowers the rolling resistance. The tire's rolling resistance determines the vehicle's energy usage during the drive. The lessened rolling resistance decreases the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, which guarantees a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly drive. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
