Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
OVERVIEW
The Suretrac Wide Climber R/T II is a rugged terrain, all season tire created for light trucks.
This model offers excellent traction on harsh terrain surfaces. It comes with an aggressive footprint design that features earth digger shoulders on its sides. While it provides driving comfort on the highway, it relentlessly grips the terrain surface in loose, uneven, and soft terrain conditions. The tread is fully optimized for surface contact, due to its staggered tread elements and high number of biting edges. It promotes a high void ratio that deals with stone retention with high efficiency. It also eliminates mud, dirt, snow, and slush from the footprint.
The tread elements are arranged in a way so that it improves the tire's surface contact throughout the drive. This gives a huge boost to driving stability, which enhances its maneuverability in on- and off-road conditions. This means that the driver can count on fast and precise responses, when commanding the light truck. The footprint's constant surface contact also secures the tire's structure against driving pressure affecting it. The sipes on the center and shoulder blocks shorten the tire's braking distance, offering safer driving experience.
The tire promotes a wear-resistant compound and a flat tread footprint. The load and driving pressure is equally distributed between the tread elements, which keeps the tread wear even. The tough tread elements are tough to wear down, which greatly extends the tire's service life. The footprint is stable enough to prevent tread flexing, which also protects the tire against irregular wear. The manufacturer made sure that the model is not prone to pressure build-up by carefully designing the tread. The forces of cornering, braking, and acceleration are always evenly circulated across the tread.
The combination of the tread design and the premium rubber compound ensure a quiet and comfortable on-road driving experience. The grooves channel airwaves through the footprint, while minimizing the noise generated. With the tire's optimal shape and consistent road contact, the tire is not noisy at all. As a result, sound waves barely reach the vehicle cabin and the driver can focus on the road without distractions. The Wide Climber R/T II is the type of tire that prioritizes driving enjoyment, while also guaranteeing high performance.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
