Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Summit Trail Climber SUV2 is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model also has some high performance sizes available. Summit offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
Handling and maneuvering are updated with the ideal road contact. Better road contact is ensured with the symmetric ribbed tread design. As a result, the tire manages to effectively increase steering responsiveness and driving stability. They increase the driver’s control over the vehicle, while other tread elements enhance maneuvering as well. In this manner, the tire also upgrades its cornering and braking capabilities, offering a secure drive.
The tire is able to handle versatile weather conditions. The detailed footprint and all season compound work together to enhance its dry, wet, and winter-weather grip. The tread elements provide additional biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. The ideal groove placement prevents hydroplaning as well during the tire’s performance. Water and slush are dispersed, preventing them from cutting off the footprint’s surface contact.
This model offers a longer-lasting tread life. The stabilized footprint and the strong compound enable the tire to increase the tread life. The tread ensures even pressure circulation across the tread area, avoiding irregular wear formations. Strong compound elements decrease the treadwear rate as well, by using wear-resistant compound elements. The slow and even wear boosts the service life.
The Summit Trail Climber SUV2 manages to keep the noise low. The model is able to negate sound waves during the drive. This is achieved with the tread pattern’s variable pitch detail. It generates a special sound frequency that prevents sound waves from disturbing the passengers’ driving enjoyment. As road disturbances do not reach the vehicle’s cabin, the tire promotes high driving comfort levels.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
