The Samson MB-242 is an all season tire made for industrial vehicles.
The aggressive tread design and the strong rubber compound improve the tire's performance on different terrains. It can perform on soft, loose, and uneven surfaces with ease. This increases the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against driving pressure. At the same time, wide blocks boost the cornering ability, which enhances the driver's control over the vehicle. This offers a safe driving experience.
The model boosts its driving durability and damage resistance. The reinforced internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform during the performance, it is capable of carrying and withstanding heavy loads. On the other hand, the special rubber compound resists external damage, such as punctures, cuts, and tearing. This leads to a secured drive on off-road terrains.
The Samson MB-242 offers a longer-lasting tread life. The ideal tread design and the durable rubber compound prevent irregular and premature wear formations. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
