The Road Claw Himalaya M/T is a mud terrain, all season tire made to be mounted on light trucks. The tread’s large, staggered tread blocks increase the soft and loose terrain traction. These tread elements enable the tire’s deep mud and loose dirt traction and improve the model’s performing capability and power. This keeps the tire’s forward traction at all times, preventing it from being stuck on various terrain surfaces.
The optimal tread block placement improves the tire’s terrain surface contact. The better surface contact and tread design improve the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. This results in a safer performing ability and power.
The Road Claw Himalaya M/T’s tread design features large tread elements and a high void ratio which improve the self-cleaning capability. They work together to eliminate mud and snow stuck between the tread elements. If they get packed between the tread elements, mud and snow can block the tire from its contact with the road surface, causing the tire to lose its traction, which can be dangerous on off-road terrain surfaces. The tread’s self-cleaning nature prevents that. The tread’s stone ejecting ribs avoid stone retention by eliminating rocks stuck in the footprint before they can drill into the tread area.
