Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Prometer HP500 is a performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles.
The tire combines the all weather compound and tread block placement to boost the year-round performance. The directional block pattern and the slotted shoulder pattern increase the dry, wet, and winter traction. The stronger compound elements allow the tire to create additional biting edges gripping the road surface. The wider circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions. This combination ensures a safer year-round performing ability.
The model maintains surface contact while the tires are in motion. The continuous center rib enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The shoulder block pattern enhances the cornering and maneuvering ability with the use of extra biting edges. This combination ensures a safer performing ability and enhances the maneuvering capability.
The stronger compound and the ideal tread design upgrade the usability. The durable compound's special wear-resistant compound elements greatly decrease the overall treadwear rate. The tread's surface contact allows the tire to evenly circulate the driving pressure along the tread area, avoiding irregular wear formations across the tread area. The slower and even wear boosts the overall service and tread life.
The Prometer HP500 also guarantees a comfortable drive. The ideal tread design ensures a close and constant surface contact that enables the tire to absorb the shock of driving. As a result, the tire greatly decreases the road vibrations felt by the passengers during the performance. This allows the tire to greatly decrease the treadwear rate, boosting the overall comfort levels.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
