The Pirelli TR:01 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for the vehicle’s drive axle. The reinforced internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under load and driving pressure. This allows the tire to significantly improve its overall load capacity.
The stabilized tread elements and the special Dual Layer Compound work together to increase its usability. They prevent irregular and premature wear formations across the footprint in order to further improve its tread life. Even pressure distribution and wear-resistant rubber materials are able to provide slow and even wear, significantly enhancing its service life.
The Pirelli TR:01 offers better year-round traction. The all season compound and ribbed block placement enhance dry, wet, and winter traction, while the grooves combat hydroplaning. Additionally, this traction is able to ease the driving pressure off the tire during its performance. This reduces the rolling resistance, which is the pressure determining the vehicle’s necessary fuel intake to keep the tires in motion. Lowering the rolling resistance enables the tire to significantly decrease the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This guarantees a fuel-conscious performance.
