100% TREAD LIFE LEFT NEW DEALER TAKE-OFF TIRES
Features and Benefits:
The Pirelli Scorpion Zero is a performance and high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
These specific tires are Dealer Take Off Tires. This means that the tire was once mounted on a vehicle before taken off by a dealer at a dealership. These tires have not been driven on. They have 100% of tread life remaining.
The tire increases the all season traction. The optimized tread design with the high-density curved sipe detail upgrades the grip on the road surface, with extra biting edges. This ensures the tire's grip on the road surface with additional biting edges upgrading the dry, wet and winter weather grip driving safety. The all season compound keeps the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, from the heat of summer to colder winter weather conditions. The tread design's four circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning. These grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, boosting the year round performing ability.
The ideal tread elements and the stronger internal structure maintain the road contact at all times. The tread design's constant surface contact upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This is achieved by utilizing the Z-shaped block placement. This tread design also enhances the cornering and braking capabilities. In other words, the Z-shaped blocks provide additional biting edges during maneuvering, while they generate friction at the moment of braking. The construction's twin steel belts optimize the tire shape under the high speed pressure. This prevents the tire's deformation under the pressure, enabling the tire to securely perform at high speeds.
The Pirelli Scorpion Zero upgrades the comfort levels as well. The special computer-optimized tread design helps to lower the road and tread pattern noise levels heard while the tires are in motion. The tread's variable pitch sequence generates a sound-cancelling frequency that cancels out the sound waves generated before they can reach the vehicle's cabin. As the road disturbances are not heard by the passengers, the tire guarantees a quiet and enjoyable driving experience.
This specific tire is from 2018. DOT 2018.
Tires older than 5 years are not eligible for the manufacturer's mileage warranty anymore.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
