For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta LT2 is a highway terrain, winter tire made for light trucks.
The tire enhances the winter weather grip on the road surface. The winter compound and the detailed tread design upgrade the winter weather performing ability. The detailed tread elements greatly improve the number of biting edges gripping the road surface provided by the high-density siping placement. The durable compound elements optimize rubber flexibility even in freezing temperatures. The stud placement greatly improves the ice and snow traction. The zigzag groove pattern and the open shoulder pattern allow the tire to boost the hydroplaning resistance.
The controllability is upgraded with the tread design's different elements. The center rib allows the tire to keep the surface contact at all times, optimizing the steering responsiveness and driving stability. This ensures a quicker and more precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The Aramid Sidewall technology allows the tire to enhance load durability. This technology adds aramid fibers into the construction of the sidewalls, preventing the tire's deformation under the load and driving pressure. The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta LT2 offers excellent tread wear indicators along the tread area. The Winter Safety Indicator, or WSI for shows, represents the tire's winter weather traction. It places a snowflake symbol on the tread, which wears away once the tread wear reaches the last 40%. Once the snowflake is no longer visible, the tire is not safe in winter conditions. The Driving Safety Indicators, or DSI for short, place percentages that represent the tread life along the tread area. These numbers wear away with the tread, allowing the driver to easily check the remaining tread life on the tire. These tread elements guarantee the tire's safer performance, as the driver can check tread wear and change the tire once it is no longer fit for use.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
