For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R is a performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model is a classic Hot Rod tire. It is made in wider rear and narrow front axle sizes.
The tread design and all season compound improve the all weather traction. The “flaming” directional pattern with the optimally placed groove detail upgrades the grip the tire has on the road surface in various conditions. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility throughout the year. The circumferential and angled lateral grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. In this manner, the tire further improves the all weather driving safety.
The tread design's constant surface contact boosts the controllability. The directional tread maintains the road contact to enhance the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder tread block placement upgrades the cornering and maneuvering ability. These tread elements boost the number of biting edges gripping the road surface during cornering, which improves the driver's control over the vehicle.
The Sportsman S/R features a radial construction which stabilizes the construction. This in turn prevents tread flexing, allowing the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking actively prevents irregular wear formations across the tread area, significantly extending the usability and tread life. This structure also allows the model to closely follow the road surface, which enables it to absorb the shock of driving.
