Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Mastercraft Glacier-Grip II Tires

The Mastercraft Glacier-Grip II is a touring, winter tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire improves the winter weather performance. The winter compound and the high-density siping placement along the tread area improves the winter weather, ice and snow grip. The compound elements maintain the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, while siping placement upgrades the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges. The tire is pinned for studs. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint. This maintains the road contact and further enhances the wet weather driving safety levels.

The tire increases the surface contact with the optimal tread design. It enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability by closely following the road surface at all times. These tread elements upgrade the steering response time and accuracy, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The shoulder block placement upgrades the cornering ability. These tread elements enhance the cornering ability by boosting the number of biting edges gripping the road surface during maneuvering and cornering. This combination improves the year round performing capability.

The tread pattern design improves the comfortable driving experience. The tread design's variable pitch placement helps to lower the road and tread pattern noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The variable pitch sequence negates the soundwaves heard by the passengers by utilizing a sound-cancelling frequency. As a result, the tire does not allow road disturbances from ruining the passengers' driving enjoyment, which results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

The Mastercraft Glacier-Grip II boosts the length of the tread life. The variable sipe depth improves the usability. These tread elements stabilize the footprint and enable the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The tire manages to equally spread out the acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear formations across the tread area. In this manner, the tire is able to extend the usability and service life.

This specific tire is from 2017. DOT 2017.

Tires older than 5 years are not eligible for the manufacturer's mileage warranty anymore.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
