The Lanvigator Catchfors M/T is a mud terrain, all season tire made for light trucks.
This model was built for superb off-road performance. The soft and loose terrain gripping ability is enabled by the tread's aggressive pattern with the large, staggered tread blocks, the high void ratio, the scalloped shoulder block pattern and the detailed upper sidewall detail. The tire's forward motion, even in deep mud and loose dirt, is ensured by these tread elements, as they provide an increased number of biting edges in these types of terrain conditions. The footprint is kept clean of mud and snow due to the tread design's self-cleaning ability. The tire's constant terrain surface contact is ensured by the staggered tread blocks and high void ratio disperse mud and snow stuck between the tread elements. These elements guarantee an excellent performance in muddy terrain.
The self-cleaning tread design features stone ejecting ribs in the grooves. These ribs eliminate rocks from the footprint and make sure that stone retention is prevented. Stone retention can drill rocks into the tire's casing and damage it, by preventing this, the safety of the drive is improved. The stronger tread blocks also ensure added damage resistance. These blocks protect against cuts, punctures and bruises from shortening the tire's usability and tread life. The reinforced jointless band and steel belt internal structure strengthens the casing.
