Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Features and Benefits:
The Kumho Ecsta 4X is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
The tire offers great all season traction with the silica compound and the asymmetric tread design. They work together to boost dry, wet, and winter traction. The tread’s optimized elements generate biting edges that grip the road, while the compound keeps the tire pliable throughout the year. The ideal groove pattern channels water and slush away from the footprint, effectively resisting hydroplaning on wet roads.
The asymmetric tread design ensures consistent surface contact, which enhances controllability. The tread pattern’s road contact improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. It promotes faster and more precise steering responses to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The outer shoulder blocks of the footprint create extra biting edges to increase cornering and maneuvering.
The variable pitch sequence across the tread area offers a quiet driving experience. This tread pattern generates a special sound frequency that negates sound waves before they can reach the vehicle’s cabin and disturb the passengers. By canceling out sound waves, road and tread pattern noise cannot ruin the passengers’ driving enjoyment. This leads to a quiet performance throughout the year.
The Kumho Ecsta 4X utilizes the multi-angle tread block stiffness to lengthen the tread life. This footprint prevents tread flexing, allowing the tire to evenly circulate driving pressure along the tread area. In other words, it combats irregular and premature wear, which provides longer-lasting usability.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
