The Goodyear Marathon LHS II+ is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on steer axle positions. The special compound and the special Silex design lowers fuel consumption and emissions, which enables the tire to be environmentally friendly.
Great all season performance is also promoted with this tire. The ribbed tread design maintains road contact in dry, wet, and winter-weather traction, while the all season compound keeps rubber flexible in summer and cold temperatures. Wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning, by eliminating water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions.
The Goodyear Marathon LHS II+ also enhances controllability. The optimal tread design maintains close surface contact at all times, which improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time becomes faster and more precise to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The ribbed tread design firmly grips the road with extra biting edges, enabling the tire’s safe performance. On the other hand, the strengthened internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This construction does not allow the tire to deform under pressure and makes sure the tire can carry and withstand heavy loads.
