The new tread area is used to give worn-out tires a new life cycle. This is done with the retreading process that attaches this tread area to the old tire's casing.
The model ensures its longer-lasting tread life. The ideal tread design evenly spreads out the driving pressure along the tread area, while the wear-resistant compound slows the treadwear rate down. Their combination actively prevents irregular and premature wear formations. The even and reduced wear boosts the tire's service life and usability.
The Goodyear G287 MSA offers great year-round traction. The ribbed tread pattern and the all season compound enhance the tire's grip in dry, wet, and winter weather. In this manner, the ideal tread pattern closely follows the driving surface at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, the optimized grooves on the tread area eliminate water and slush from the footprint in wet-weather conditions.
