This siping detail does not just appear on the top of the tread elements, but they reach deeper and maintain their excellent road gripping ability, even after the tire starts to wear out. As the tire does not lose its dry, wet and winter weather traction easily, it can be used for a longer period of time. The wide circumferential tread grooves and the excellent siping detail improve the hydroplaning resistance by dispersing water and slush from below the tire footprint. The better road gripping ability and hydroplaning prevention make the tire safe to use all year.
The model is extremely fuel efficient and environmentally friendly. The special tire compound used in its manufacture reduces its rolling resistance by lowering the overall tire weight.
