Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Eagle GT II is a performance, all season tire manufactured for SUVs.
The tire combines its siped symmetric tread pattern and all season tire compound to improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The tread design guarantees a safer year round performance as the all season tire compound maintains its flexible traction throughout the year, even in colder temperatures, while the siping detail increases the number of biting edges gripping the ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The tread features wide circumferential and lateral grooves that disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint, avoiding dangerous hydroplaning in the process.
The model's constant road contact improves its all weather controllability. The tread's center tread block sequence closely follows the road surface at all times, which enhances the tire's steering and stability. In other words, it secures the structure during the drive, while it boosts the steering response time and accuracy. The tread's shoulder tread blocks upgrade the cornering and maneuvering capability and power. They provide additional biting edges that grip the road surface during cornering, ensuring a safer high speed maneuvering ability.
The Eagle GT II features a reinforced internal structure. The model's high speed performing capability and maintained optimal tire shape, under the high speed driving pressure, is the result of the nylon reinforced steel belt construction. The constant optimal tire shape prevents deformation during the tire's high speed performance, enabling its maximized performing capability. The special polyester cord body improves the driving comfort. It absorbs the shock of driving, which subsequently lowers the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin, guaranteeing a comfortable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
