The Gladiator QR77-DL is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for the vehicle's drive axle.
The tire enhances the overall controllability. The stabilized footprint and the tread's continuous center rib upgrade the surface contact while the tires are in motion. In other words, the tire enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability throughout the performance. The better surface contact boosts the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. This combination optimizes the steering axle's better control over the vehicle, resulting in safer handling in all weather situations.
The maintained surface contact enables the tire to promote a longer lasting usability. The stabilized footprint and the flat footprint work together to equally circulate the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking across the tread area. The evenly distributed driving pressure actively avoids premature and irregular wear formations along the footprint. The stability of the footprint and the stronger compound elements upgrade the tread life length as well. They combat premature wear, further enhancing the model's service life.
The QR77-DL also upgrades the load durability. The stronger internal structure keeps the ideal shape under the load and driving pressure. The strengthened steel belt structure enhances the load carrying and withstanding ability. As the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure, it is able to securely handle heavier load pressures and ensures a better load capacity.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
