Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
OVERVIEW
The Dunlop Grandtrek Touring A/S (OE) is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. It is the original equipment tire of select vehicle models.
The model offers great all weather traction thanks to its silica-based tire compound. The tire grips the road surface firmly in dry, wet and winter weather. The tread pattern's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush away from the tire footprint. This also boosts the wet weather traction significantly, making the tire safer to use all year.
A quiet and comfortable driving experience is guaranteed with this model. The optimized multi-pitch tread design negates the road noise heard while the tires are in motion. It generates a sound frequency that cancels the road noise created during the drive. The internal structure's Jointless Band Technology reinforces the tire's structure and allows it to closely follow the road during the drive. This lowers the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin, making the drive more enjoyable.
The silica-enriched tire compound lowers the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the force that determines how much energy the vehicle will use to maintain driving motion. The reduced rolling resistance decreases the fuel consumption and the CO2 emissions of the vehicle, making the tire environmentally friendly and fuel conscious at the same time.
The Grandtrek Touring A/S (OE) improves the steering responsiveness and driving stability with the evenly distributed driving pressure of the Versaload Technology. The even distribution of the driving pressure stabilizes the tire during the drive and ensures a quick and precise steering responsiveness. This combination makes the tire more responsive to the driver's instructions and ensures effortless controllability in all conditions.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
