The Cooper Work Series ASA is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles and vans. It was made for all axle positions on the vehicle. ASA stands for All Steel All Position, indicating its internal structure and axle position.
All weather traction is guaranteed with this model. The tire features a ribbed block placement with rib edge sipes added for extra surface grip. These tread elements help to improve the tire's grip on the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather conditions. On the other hand, the stronger compound allows the tire to maintain the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, upgrading the summer and winter weather performing ability. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, avoiding hydroplaning in the process. This model received the three mountain peak and snowflake symbol, indicating its excellent winter weather performing ability.
The tire guarantees a lengthened usability. The ribbed tread block placement and the durable compound enhance the service life. The tread design allows the tire to effectively prevent premature and irregular wear formations across the tread area. The tread design's self-cleaning nature allows the tire to effectively combat stone retention.
