The RoadStone (Nexen) Classe Premiere CP672 is a touring all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. The tread design grips the road in dry, wet and winter weather. It has four wide circumferential grooves for enhanced wet weather traction and hydroplaning resistance.
The improved wet weather traction also boosts the braking ability. The four circumferential grooves ensure a fluid flow passage, channeling water away from the footprint. This allows the tire to maintain its road grip and generate the friction necessary for braking, even in wet conditions. This means the wet braking distance is both shorter and safer as a result.
The Classe Premiere CP672 guarantees a longer lasting tread life. The optimized tread pattern spreads the driving pressure out across the tire’s surface. This both slows down the wear rate and ensures even wear, allowing the tire to increase its lifespan and usability. Since it is a touring tire, it offers a comfortable and quiet driving experience. It has a 6 degree variable pitch tread design which cancels out the road noise generated while the tire’s are in motion. The lateral grooves provide a larger road contact patch, reducing the vibrations felt in the cabin and making sure the ride is as comfortable as possible.
