Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Carlisle Stud

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • All weather traction
  • Soft terrain traction
  • Enhanced durability

OVERVIEW

The Carlisle Stud is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and other garden equipment vehicles.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The tread pattern and the all season compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound keeps the tire's flexibility throughout the year, while the tread's stud blocks grip the terrain surface consistently to boost the performing safety. The high void ratio avoids hydroplaning as it channels water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced traction guarantees a secure driving experience.

The tread pattern also increases the model's soft and loose terrain traction. This design improves the tire's flotation on such terrains, enabling its forward motion at all times. This, combined with the tread's self-cleaning capability, boosts the deep mud and loose dirt gripping ability, preventing the tire from being stuck during its performance. The tread's self-cleaning nature eliminates mud and snow and ejects rocks stuck between the tread blocks to upgrade the driving safety.

The Stud guarantees first-rate durability. The stronger internal structure and the durable tire compound maintain the tire's optimal shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the tire. This improves the tire's performing durability and enables its versatile application. The tire, as a result, can be mounted on different vehicles, such as hand trucks, power washers or industrial carts.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

The photo is a representation of the tire's possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
