The BFGoodrich g-Force Rival is a high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles. The tire was manufactured from a silica-based compound, which withstands summer and high speed heat affecting the tire. This enhances the high speed performance as it prevents the compound’s traction loss and the tire’s deformation throughout the high speed drive as there is no unnecessary pressure affecting the tire.
The silica-based compound and the optimized asymmetric tread design work together to boost the dry and wet weather performance. The silica compound’s heat resistance enhances the summer weather road grip, while the groove pattern increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface throughout the year. The tread’s three circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning water and slush from below the tire’s footprint.
