Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The BFGoodrich Route Control D is a highway terrain, all weather tire created for commercial vehicles. This model is manufactured for the drive axle of the vehicle.
The sidewall of this model has an in-built curb guard for shock absorption and protection against impact. The reinforced sidewall allows the driver to steer with the vehicle a bit more aggressively. On the tire tread itself, the blocks are densely positioned with zigzag grooves between them, leaving no weak points. The tire has an all steel construction and a durable casing that enables it to carry heavy loads without deforming.
The tread is shaped with precision with the micro-siping technology. Those small sipes are there to stop irregular wear once it starts happening. Then there is the flat tread footprint with the directional tread pattern that keeps tire wear as uniform as possible. This way, the tread prevents heat and pressure buildup by evenly distributing both along the tread, which are two factors that would speed up tire wear.
This tire is ready for a wide range of weather conditions, including rough rainy or snowy days.
