For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. The Atturo ST240 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire features a symmetric ribbed tread design with optimally placed rib edge sipes. These tread elements ensure a close road contact at all times, which significantly enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire ensures the towing vehicle's constant control over the trailer, by promoting better steering response time and accuracy. Additionally, the durable structure helps to effectively secure the structural stability.
Stronger load durability is enhanced with the internal structure. The tire features a reinforced construction which does not deform under heavy loads. As a result, the tire is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. In this manner, the tire is able to optimize the overall load handling power, offering the tire's secure load capacity.
The ST240 ensures its great year round application. It manages to combine the all season compound and the symmetric ribbed tread design to ensure its dry, wet, and winter weather grip. The rib edges and arrowhead-shaped sipes generate additional biting edges, while the durable compound effectively prevents heat build-up. The compound's optimal rubber materials also secure their flexibility even in freezing temperatures. Circumferential grooves are used to channel water and slush away from the footprint, ensuring the tire's surface contact and combating hydroplaning.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
