The Advanta AV9200D is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for the vehicle's drive axle.
The tire improves the controllability with the optimal surface contact. The footprint stability and the stronger internal structure enhance the road contact throughout the drive. The better surface contact upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This promotes a quicker and more precise steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. As a result, the driver has better control over the vehicle, as even the drive axle is ensured to have great handling.
The model boosts the load durability. The reinforced steel belt and cap base ply construction works together with the stronger bead structure to ensure a safer heavy-load performance. These enhancements of the internal structure maintain the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, boosting the overall load capacity.
The AV9200D boosts the length of the usability as well. The durable compound and the stabilized footprint elements upgrade the tread life. The stronger compound elements minimize the treadwear rate, by utilizing wear-resistant rubber materials. The deeper tread and the footprint stability enable the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure across the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear. The slower and even wear greatly improves the overall tread life.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
