Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Summit Trail Climber HT II

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • All weather traction
  • Enhanced controllability
  • Upgraded durability
  • High driving comfort levels

OVERVIEW

The Summit Trail Climber HT II is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. Summit offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire upgrades the all weather traction. It combines the ribbed tread design and the all season compound to enhance the year round grip on the road surface. The tread's ribbed tread block placement upgrades the number of biting edges gripping the road in dry, wet and winter weather conditions. The all weather compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the footprint and further improve the wet and winter driving safety.

The tread design also improves the vehicle's controllability. The ribbed pattern's maintained road contact upgrades the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder tread block placement enhances the maneuvering ability. These blocks boost the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while cornering, which heightens the driving safety levels. The steel belt construction keeps the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. This not only further increases the driving stability, but it also improves the load capacity. The steel belt structure prevents the tire from deforming under the pressure, which enables the tire to carry and withstand heavier loads with ease.

The Trail Climber HT II also improves the driving comfort levels. The ribbed tread design features a variable pitch sequence. The computer-optimized tread design, in this manner, lowers the road and tread pattern noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The variable pitch sequence cancels out the road and tread pattern noise heard while the tires are in motion by creating a sound-cancelling frequency. This results in a comfortable and quiet driving experience, as the road disturbances cannot ruin the passengers' driving enjoyment.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
