The Hankook Dynapro AS (OE) is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. The model has some touring passenger vehicle sizes as well. This model is the original equipment tire of select vehicles.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The detailed symmetric tread pattern and the all season tire compound enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. This allows the tire to increase the grip on the road surface throughout the year. The tire compound keeps its flexibility in various weather. The symmetric ribbed tread, with the optimal siping and groove placement, maintains a consistent and firm grip on the road surface. The circumferential groove pattern enhances the wet and winter weather performance with its excellent hydroplaning prevention, as they eliminate water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The better traction and hydroplaning resistance ensure a secure driving experience.
The model's durability is reinforced with its strengthened internal structure. The construction features high-strength steel belts that keep the tire's optimal shape at all times. They boost the strength of the tire's internal structure to enable its heavy-load durability. The structure keeps the ideal tire shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. This allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, without deformation of the tire's shape. This steel belt enhancement also manages to stabilize the tread area.
