The Continental HS Hybrid+ is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This tire is specifically made for the vehicle's steer axle.
The tire utilizes its special compound and detailed tread ribs to lower the rolling resistance. The tread's consistent road contact and a lighter compound design work together to provide a fuel efficient performance. The rolling resistance determines how much energy is needed to maintain a constant forward motion. In this manner, the tire promotes a cost efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The specially designed tread elements provide a high number of biting edges to the driving surface, offering a phenomenal handling ability. The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
