Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Continental CSE Robust SC18 S

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Improved tread life
  • Versatile traction
  • Quiet performance
  • Fuel efficient drive

OVERVIEW

The Continental CSE Robust SC18 S is an all season tire manufactured for industrial vehicles.

The tire's consistent contact with the driving surface enables the tread to significantly lower the road disturbances heard by the driver. It enables the tire to absorb the road noise and vibrations and lower them before they reach the cabin. In this manner, the passengers are able to enjoy a comfortable performance on various terrain surfaces.

This model lowers the fuel consumption thanks to its ideal compound and special tread design. The tire is able to decrease the rolling resistance, a force that determines how much energy is needed to maintain a constant forward motion. Lowering the rolling resistance reduces the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, promoting a cost efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.

The strong compound materials provide a phenomenal damage resistance during the off-road performance, greatly reducing the risk of cuts and punctures. It also effectively avoids tread chipping in work-site applications, boosting the tread life. The tread avoids irregular wear formations by balancing out load and driving pressure across the tread area. The rocks are eliminated from the footprint before they are able to harm the tread and casing. This enhances the overall tread life and offers a safer off-road performing ability.

The Continental CSE Robust SC18 S's large tread blocks are able to conquer various terrains and maintain a constant forward motion in deep mud and loose dirt. These tread elements firmly grip the driving surface and allow the tire to perform well on soft, loose, and uneven terrains. The self-cleaning properties eliminate mud, snow, and rocks from the footprint in order to prevent them from blocking the road contact. It greatly improves the surface contact, guaranteeing a phenomenal performance in work-site conditions.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
